Take a break but dont break!
“And when you feel like giving up, quiet your fears, just for a second. Take a break, but, don’t break.”
Everybody does at some point. But just because most people give up does not mean you should. There are days when we feel that we have had enough and cannot take it anymore. It only means we need to rest or to take a deep breath to gather ourselves again.
We try something. “Fail,” think it’s over, and we begin thinking we’re not good enough and we don’t deserve it.
We set our expectations over the moon and our results aren’t quick enough, so we decide it’s not worth it and stop.
Is the time to take a break that is well-deserved and to consider how far we have come.
Stopping means we are no longer interested in pursuing our passion and our dreams, for which we have worked so hard. It is giving up without a fight. We cant t let this happen because we are tired. We need to carry on because we deserve success and definitely deserve greatness!
Do something that brings joy and show up again tomorrow, or in a few days. Give yourself some time.
Life is messy. Feelings are complicated. And things are ALWAYS imperfect. But keep going. Speak your truth. Find the gratitude. Do something fun. Believe in self. Push fears aside. Remember your WHY. Because we are a living, growing, evolving human being and bouncing back is what we do. It’s a part of the process and know it all gets easier over time.
So don’t break, just take a break. And show back up when you’re ready.
