Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) is an undergraduate
program affiliated to University of Lucknow that provides aspirants with
knowledge about various journalistic skills in mass media such as newspapers,
television, radio, internet etc. It also informs students about various technology,
equipment and software involved in mass media.
The duration of the course is three years and is divided into six equal semesters.

BJMC course is a practical course to build the skills of students as journalists or reporters to make public aware with current affairs or mass communication and advertising in the corporate. The admission seeker has to qualify class XII from any stream with an aggregate of 50% marks for Gen. & OBC category and aggregate 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.
The admission to BJMC will be based on Entrance test conducted by SMS and merit list drawn from the same.
