The Journal will only accept manuscripts submitted through electronic-mail. Electronic submission of manuscripts is strongly encouraged, provided that the text, tables, and figures are included in a single Microsoft Word Template file and Copyright Transfer Form where detailed instructions can be found on preparing manuscripts for submission.,
Abstract:The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 150 words.
Keywords: Add about four key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.
Introduction: This section should be succinct, with no subheadings.
Acknowledgements: All acknowledgements (if any) should be included at the very end of the manuscript before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.
References: Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references must be numbered consecutively and citations of references in text should be identified using numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as discussed by Smith ”; “as discussed elsewhere [9, 10]”). All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed.
Preparation of Figures: Each figure should be embedded in the electronic manuscript file. All figures should be cited in the manuscript in a consecutive order. Each figure is subject to resizing to fit into the columns width of or the full text width for consistency and clarity. The labels of the figures are also subject to resizing to be of minimum 9 pt according to conferences in-house specifications.
Preparation of Tables: Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used.
Units of Measurement: Units of measurement should be presented simply and concisely using System International (SI) units. A list of non-standard Abbreviations should be added in the articles. In general, non-standard abbreviations should be used only when the full term is very long and used often. Each abbreviation should be spelled out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text.
Prospective authors should submit their full text manuscripts using the electronic mail. An acknowledgement for the receipt of the manuscript will be e-mailed to the corresponding author same day or within three days. The cover letter should include the corresponding authors full address and telephone/fax numbers and should be sent to the Editor, with the file, whose name should begin with the first authors surname, as an attachment. The authors may also suggest two to four reviewers for the manuscript (the journal may designate other reviewers).
Peer-Review Process: All submitted manuscripts are peer-reviewed by an editor and members of the Editorial Board or qualified outside reviewers. Decisions will be made as rapidly as possible, and the journal strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within three weeks. The editorial board will re-review manuscripts that are accepted pending revision. It is the goal of the journal to publish manuscripts within three weeks after submission.
Proofs and Reprints: Electronic proofs will be sent (e-mail attachment) to the corresponding author as a PDF file. Page proofs are considered to be the final version of the manuscript. With the exception of typographical or minor clerical errors, no changes will be made in the manuscript at the proof stage. Because the journal will be published freely online, authors will have free electronic access to the full text PDF of the article. Authors can freely download the PDF file from which they can print unlimited copies of their articles.
Copyright Transfer: Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis) that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher. One of the authors of the manuscript should sign the copyrights of their manuscripts, and all open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.
The use of general descriptive names, trade names, trademarks, and so forth in this publication, even if not specifically identified, does not imply that these names are not protected by the relevant laws and regulations.
