SMS organised HR Conclave on 31st October 2009. The Theme of the Panel Discussion was "Building Tomorrow's Business Leaders through HR Innovations". The Panelist were Dr. C. M. Dwivedi President Global Head Data-Matics Ltd., Mr. S. K. Dutt, Group Head HR, ABG, Ms. Saagarika Rai, Chief People Officer, Reliance BIG Entertainment, Mr. Sachin Joglekar, Sr. Vice President - HR, ICICI Group, Mr. Saugata Mitra, Chief People Officer and Group Head, Mother Dairy, Mr. V. Ramachandran, Sr. Director - HR, Motorola India Ltd. and eminent Human Resource Heads of different companies participated in the Conclave.

Prof. Devi Singh, Director, IIM Lucknow was the Chief Guest of the programme. Prof. B. P. Singh, Ex. Head & Dean, Delhi School of Economics were the other dignitaries who graced the occasion.
