To recognize and reward the upcoming talents in the students, a State Level Mental Ability Recognition Test (SMART-2011) was conducted at SMS School of Management Sciences, Lucknow on November 26, 2011.
The objective behind the conduction of the test was to create a platform for the students to evaluate them at the State Level Competition and also to bring awareness about the competitive environment.
Students of around 200 intermediate and Degree colleges of Uttar Pradesh ensured their participation in the Preliminary Level Test. The short listed candidates of the Preliminary Round were called for the Grand Finale Round of SMART-2011 at SMS, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow. Mr. Om Veer Singh Chief General Manager of BSNL and Mr. Sharad Singh The CEO of the college complemented the winners of the Grand Finale Round of SMART-2011 with his best wishes and awards.
At The Intermediate Level Mental Ability Recognition Test, Mr. Sudhakar Verma of Tiny Tots Sr. Secondary School, Faizabad secured First Prize of Rs. 25,000 /-. Second prize of Rs.15,000 /- was given to Mr. Nirnay Pratap Singh of Tiny Tots Sr. Secondary School, Faizabad . Third Prize of Rs.10,000 /- was won by Mr. Satyendra Kumar Tiwari of Central Academy , Barabanki. Mr. Nishant Prajapti of Red Rose Inter College, Lucknow & Ms. Shriya Mishra of Bal Vidya Mandir, Lucknow were given consolation prize of Rs. 5000 /- each.
At the Graduation Level Mental Ability Recognition Test, Ms. Saumya Gupta of Mahila Vidyala PG College, Lucknow was declared First Prize winner of Rs 25,000 /-. Second Prize of Rs. 15,000 /- was bagged by Mr. Arpit Shailesh of Sri JNPG College, Lucknow whereas the Third Prize was received by Mr. Sraman Parvez Ahmad Khan of Sri JNPG College, Lucknow.
Ms. Jasmeen Khan of Mahila Vidyala PG College, Lucknow & Ms. Sonika Verma of PMS Degree College, Barabanki were given consolation prize of Rs. 5000 /- each.
