The department provides the foundation for engineering and technical education. It undertakes teaching and research programmes in areas of Engg. Mathematics, Engg. Physics, Engg. Chemistry, Environmental studies and Professional Language. The department deals with teaching of core and elective subjects in B.Tech., BBA and Management classes.
